001 Discovery Call
A thirty minute conversation where we learn more about the problems you’re facing and see if we’re a good fit to help you solve them.
002 DEEP DIVE
Up to three full days of granular discussions that provide the foundation for scoping functionality, wire-framing interfaces, and building data models.
003 PROTOTYPING
Four to six weeks after your deep dive, we’ll walk you through an interactive, hi-fi prototype of both the front and back office of your new application.
004 development
Once you’ve signed off on the prototype and finalized the scope, our team gets down to the business of building, with regular check-ins and progress updates throughout the entire process.
005 delivery
In five to eight months, you’ll receive your fully-functional 360° dashboard, which we’ll continue to monitor and maintain for up to two months after delivery.
