Zen office with nomada client Vine on desktop screen

new year, new strategy

Vine is a growing managed IT provider with an impressive track record of providing best-in-class service to their clients.

In the middle of expansion, they realized the need to refine their message and develop a clear identity that would set them apart from competitors.

nómada was brought in to help Vine revamp their brand, uncover their core value proposition, and set a new direction for the company’s marketing strategy.

Outcomes

150% increase in conversions

90%+ qualified leads entering pipeline

50% reduction in sales cycle

brand identity

Vine’s branding was dated and didn’t project the clean, tech-forward image the company was looking for. We developed an entirely new visual and verbal identity that pays homage to the company’s origins while establishing a strong, sleek persona to carry them into the future.

Brand strategy

Vine needed to clearly define their ideal client and develop messaging that would speak directly to the decision-makers in companies that fit the profile. We established a specific set of hallmarks that focus Vine’s energy on the right prospects.

In-depth research revealed that Vine outperforms almost all their competitors in one critical area: client response time. In fact, they were 20x faster than the industry average.

With nearly 70% of potential clients citing poor customer service as their primary complaint when dealing with outsourced IT, Vine’s core value proposition became crystal clear:

Brand presence

Vine’s website and marketing collateral were focused on listing out the company’s offerings and outlining the general benefits of outsourced IT services.

Using a blend of statistics and humor, their new print collateral emphasizes the industry’s problem with customer service and quantitatively contrasts it with their lightning-fast helpdesk. Their new website is clean, clear, and direct about what sets Vine apart from the pack while neatly showcasing the company’s capabilities.

environmental design

As a bold statement to their employees and clients, Vine wanted to extend their new brand identity into the physical workspace. We designed a Zen/biophilic installation that features natural pine, faux boxwood, and indirect LED lighting to create a calming modern atmosphere in their formerly grey-and-white lobby. The flatscreen (mounted on a hidden multi-directional arm) and glass whiteboard make this space great for team meetings as well as casual client interactions.
